Excellent product! The turkey jerky is light and flavorful, and is an unexpected alternative to the heartier beef options. I appreciate that the Teriyaki beef is made with coconut aminos instead of soy. It's challenging to find quality products that accommodate our friend's dietary needs--we'll be adding Big Mikes to our rotation. DELICIOUS & CLEAN!   It can be difficult to find "clean" jerky.   There's a TON of brands and varieties out there, but few are picky about the ingredients.   Start reading the labels and you find lots of soy, sugar, even natural/artificial flavors, and sometimes worse. Big Mike's has none of that crap, and it's delicious and satisfying as a great portable snack.   I keep it in my pantry, desk drawer at the office, and gym bag.

I absolutely love this Jerky. The flavor is spot on, and you can tell lots of time is spent in the making of the jerky. It has the most natural beef flavor , as well as the perfect spice mixes to make it even better.
